Born in Hāwera, Peter Lambert now resides in Ōkato on the Taranaki Surf Highway where he gets inspiration from the raw energy of the landscape and sea.

Peter has had an interesting history being a TV film director, including making about 25 programmes of Country Calendar. He then traveled throughout the US, UK, Europe, Mexico, Canada and Samoa sketching people and places before settling in Taranaki.
