Items may be returned to Kina NZ Design + Artspace if they are faulty.

Kina NZ Design + Artspace reserves the right to repair or replace the item/s in the first instance. If repairing or replacing the item/s is not available then a store credit will be issued or a refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account.

If you simply change your mind or your circumstances have changed, Kina NZ Design + Artspace does not have to provide a refund or exchange.
It is at the discretion of Kina NZ Design + Artspace to exchange or credit an item that is unwanted due to a change of heart. In such an event the item must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
The customer must notify Kina NZ Design + Artspace of the returning of the item and the reasons for doing so within 4 days of receiving the item.
The goods must be in the same condition as they were when the customer received them.
Return shipping must be organised by the customer.
Exchange or credit will not be given if the customer has damaged the goods. This includes damage caused by inadequate packing when returning goods.
Exchanges or credit will not be given on sale or layby items or items commissioned by the customer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LAYBY – Kina NZ Design + Artspace
1) A deposit of 20% of the total value of goods (including GST) is required at the time of purchase.

2) The balance must be paid in full within 8 weeks of the purchase date.

3) If you wish to use the full 8 weeks, regular payments are required over that period.

4) No exchanges on Layby sales.

5) If payment is not completed within 8 weeks, Kina NZ Design + Artspace may cancel the layby and return the goods to stock.

6) You may cancel your layby at any time before taking possession of the goods. If a layby is cancelled by you or by Kina NZ Design + Artspace due to non-payment or other material breach, you will be entitled to a refund of amounts paid, less a handling charge.

7) A handling charge of 10% of the full layby price will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and storage costs.

8) This layby sale is covered by the Fair Trading Act 1986. Your rights under New Zealand consumer law remain unaffected.

*Please note - The items Kina NZ Design + Artspace sells are handmade. Materials can, therefore, vary in colour, shape and size. These inconsistencies are not deemed faults and claims will only be considered if there are defects in workmanship or defective materials. Claims due to damage by negligence, accident or unreasonable use will not be recognised.
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all descriptions, images and other information displayed but the customer must acknowledge there may be variations in product or materials. If there are any major changes to the product the customer has ordered, Kina NZ Design + Artspace will discuss other options with the customer.

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Kina NZ Design + Artspace online store. By placing an order, you agree to and are bound by these terms. If you are unwilling to comply with these terms, then you may not use Kina NZ Design + Artspace online store.
