The Mikoikoi (or Libertia) is New Zealand’s native Iris. Pure white three-petal flowers bloom in late Spring/early Summer on tall stems, surrounded by long slender leaves. Commonly, Irises symbolise hope, faith, courage and wisdom, bringing luck within some cultures.
Sterling silver flower (flowers range from 8-10mm diameter), with a 10k solid gold centre. A sterling silver leaf (approximately 5mm x 50mm), hand painted with spring green porcelain paint, hangs behind the flower. Both are suspended from a 45cm sterling silver chain, with a 5cm extender. The leaf is water and scratch resistant.
As each flower is hand fabricated, and each leaf hand painted, no two flowers or leaves are alike, and will differ slightly from shown in images.
