The New Zealand native daisy (Marlborough Rock Daisy) thrives in a very specific niche in Marlborough and the north-east of the South Island. Naturally growing on rocky outcrops and cliff faces, they are hardy plants, with leathery leaves and eye-catching golden and white flowers. Daisies have traditionally symbolised innocence, new beginnings and happiness.
Sterling silver daisy (approximately 10mm diameter), with 10k solid gold centre. A sterling silver leaf (approximately 8mm x 17mm including loop), hand painted in spring green and pale gold with porcelain paint, hangs alongside the daisy. The leaf is water and scratch resistant. Flower and leaf are suspended from a 45cm sterling silver chain, with a 5cm extender.
As each flower is hand fabricated and each leaf individually hand painted, no two flowers or leaves are alike, and will differ slightly from shown in images.
