Rob works from his studio in Auckland. The main desire for beach life is often an inspiration for further creative projects.

Rob works in multi-media including pen and ink, marker pen, coloured pencil, fine brush and ink, acrylic on canvas, board, and paper, chalk, and pastel.

Adapting his techniques to the digital platforms of both printed and animation media. His works are representations of back stories and experiences throughout his years as an artist, surfer, musician and life in Central Auckland, Whanganui and Taranaki, all in between the profession of design and display works.

Research of native bird life of New Zealand, was a turning point in 2018, with projects in Kauri Die Back & Conservation, the central city life surrounding the villas of Kingsland, Morningside, Grey Lynn and Mt Eden, plus the sea and surf-scapes of Aotearoa.
