His work draws from the everyday—current affairs, social media, advertising, and personal experience—reflecting a search for meaning in the fast-changing 21st century. Often described as both humorous and thought-provoking, Bernie’s art captures the absurdities of contemporary life while engaging deeply with social and cultural themes. Partner, artist Maelyn Charlton collaborates with Bernie to create an exciting new series of tiles.
