Melissa Young has been producing delicate figurative bronze for over 30 years using the lost wax method. She enjoys finding balance between forms and acknowledges her 'knack' for spatial awareness. She enjoys experimenting when sculpting with new ideas and themes often evolving from conversations that she has had, or scenes that she has observed making her work almost a social commentary of her life.
