This year for many reasons has been a year of change. I was nervous about making some of the decisions and putting them into practice. The journey has been a bumpy ride, but I'm in a much better place as a result. The butterfly represents the different stages of change, and the scarf are my family and friends providing a soft landing when mistakes are made.
