Janeen's hand-thrown domestic stoneware collection is the result of a 12-year study of the geology of my landscape - explored through the alchemy of ceramic glazes.

Sourced from around New Zealand, glazes are blended with the crumbling remnants of volcanic debris, ash, and iron sands - Glazed with 6 million-year-old marine mudstone from the West Coast of New Zealand.

Each piece has a splash of black sand from the foot of the cliffs where the land meets the ocean.
