Janine has been potting for a decade with a focus on creating small batches of functional ware, thrown on the wheel. She is based in Taranaki and loves making vessels that can be used, from cups and bowls to larger serving dishes, just as much as she enjoys using work made by other artists. Her ceramics practice allows her to slow down, be mindful and reconnect with herself. Janine enjoys the continuous experimentation and learning available in the ceramics field.
