Destined to be a classic.
100 percent Indian cotton, screen printed in Shelly Bay, Wellington, using water-based ink.
(Please note: The tea towels are printed by hand by an actual person. This means each run is different, so there may be colour variations.)
Before it was a tea towel, Giselle Clarkson's illustration "Common Household Biscuits & Slices of New Zealand" sparked social media madness, including a national media campaign (#biscuitoftheyear), run by TV3.
Few people know that Giselle's homage to the classic fish species poster, which we've all seen in fish and chips shops, was first published in Annual 2, the ground-breaking children's book edited by Kate De Goldi and Susan Paris (and published by their company, Annual Ink).
