All items purchased through Kina NZ Design + Artspace are guaranteed to be of the highest quality.
If you simply change your mind, your circumstances have changed or you find cheaper products elsewhere, Kina NZ Design + Artspace does not have to provide a refund or exchange.
It is at the discretion of Kina NZ Design + Artspace to exchange or credit an item that is unwanted due to a change of heart.
In such an event the item must be returned within 10 working days of purchase.
The customer must notify Kina NZ Design + Artspace of the returning of the item and the reasons for doing so within 4 working days of receiving the item.
The goods must be in the same condition as they were when the customer received them.
Return shipping must be organised by the customer.
Exchange or credit will not be given if the customer has damaged the goods. This includes damage caused by inadequate packing when returning goods.
Exchanges or credit will not be given on sale or layby items or items commissioned by the customer.
*Please note - The items Kina NZ Design + Artspace sells are handmade. Materials can, therefore, vary in colour, shape and size. These inconsistencies are not deemed faults and claims will only be considered if there are defects in workmanship or defective materials. Claims due to damage by negligence, accident or unreasonable use will not be recognised.
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all descriptions, images and other information displayed but the customer must acknowledge there may be variations in product or materials. If there are any major changes to the product the customer has ordered, Kina NZ Design + Artspace will discuss other options with the customer.
Items may be returned to Kina NZ Design + Artspace if they are faulty.
Kina NZ Design + Artspace reserves the right to repair or replace the item/s in the first instance.
If repairing or replacing the item is not available then a store credit will be issued or a refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account.
