I arrived in NZ in 1971 as an exploration geologist on the West Coast of the South Island. After four years I refused a company transfer to Australia and built my own house making windows doors and cabinetry with a friend from the Channel Islands. During this process I became consumed with woodwork and Design. Today along with two talented craftspeople we specialise in original contemporary design wood ware using sustainably managed native timber.
