Brendan Adams has been potting since the 1980s, paving the way for many potters to move outside the box and explore colour and form. Trained initially as a painter, he was drawn to ceramics by the possibilities of colour, texture, and sculptural form, and has remained “stuck in the mud” ever since. A maker who enjoys experimenting with many ideas, Brendan has found clay to be the perfect partner in crime, and despite decades of practice, feels he has only just begun.
