Keith Grinter creates contemporary one-off vases using his unique shard pick-up techinque. This process involves adding shards and rods of coloured glass into the molten form while blowing. These additions create spontaneous line work and bursts of colour to the surface of the piece reminiscent of abstract paintings. The vases are equal parts practical and beautiful.
