I am inspired by our everyday surroundings and how we attach memories to everyday objects. I love to decorate with colourful slips and pencils, creating abstract patterns and lines that are playful and naive.

Emma Turner is a ceramic artist, working from her home studio in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Her studio practice is full of colour, creativity and story telling. She has been developing her craft since graduating with a Diploma in Art and Design from the Dunedin Art School with a focus on ceramics.
