"Good recipes, clearly written, one per page with a good photo. Preserving instructions are straightforward and include overflow bottling where appropriate, unlike many modern pickle/preserve books. The style of the recipes is an advance on the old Edmonds' favourites, interesting without being strange. The ones I've tried have been excellent. This book deserves 5 stars." review by Anne
