Palmolive Porcelain Cast bottle pigmented in the sunshine colours of Hawkes Bay and reflective of the heritage shades of Art Deco architecture. The pale forms are evocative of past era of pastille domestic bliss.
Palmolive The name Palmolive originated in 1898 In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the B.J. Johnson Company was making a soap from palm oil and olive oil, the formula of which was developed by B.J. Johnson in 1898. The soap was popular enough to rename their company after it — Palmolive.
Each vase is unique as it is hand cast in fine porcelain and coloured with raw pigments. The exterior has a beautiful matt finish and the interior is sealed with a clear glaze. Perfect sculptures to display in series.
Each piece is numbered and limited to an edition of 100 per colour
