Water brings out a turquoise blue, soda changes colour to a deeper royal blue, and adding a few drops of citrus changes the colour again, this time to purple.
Loose leaf organically grown Blue Lemongrass is made from pure, high quality, hand-cut lemongrass with intense lemon and mint flavours.
This delectable herbal tea is prepared by hand from our tea garden and organic farm, 1000m above the Ravana Waterfalls in the Uva mountains of Sri Lanka.
The lemongrass is cut using an invention designed by Ashok, one of the estates key team members.
