Nudey mug

Paul Maseyk is an established contemporary New Zealand artist who works primarily with ceramics. His art practice has aquired an excellent reputation nationally and abroad. Maseyk has developed a distinctive approach centred on surface illustration, and increasingly sees his forms as canvases for his intricate designs. These mugs are part of his domestic ware range. Each piece features a nude man/ woman drawing and a textured mug handle. The mugs are available in two glazes, cream and black, and the nudey drawings are painted in the alternate colour (cream or black) to the mug. The drawings feature red lips.
