Tea - Smoky Chai Tin
The exotic and multi-layered flavours of cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and star anise are complemented with a smoky twist. Takes milk and sweetener well.
Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the leaves and infuse for 3-5 minutes. Add milk or sweetener as desired.
