Smoked Paprika - Sumac - Thyme
A light, aromatic and smokey seasoning. Contains seasoning for 2-3 family sized meals.
Use this seasoning to flavour your next root vegetable dish. Try on roasted root vegetables, mixed through a buttery kumara mash or blended through a carrot and coconut cream soup.
Spice level: mild.
RECIPE SUGGESTION: Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Coat 500g baby carrots with 1/2 sachet Wild Fennel Co. root vegetable seasoning, 2 tbsp honey and 50ml olive oil. Roast for 15 minutes so that they still have a slight crunch. Allow to cool then toss with toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds, feta cheese, dried cranberries, baby spinach and fresh coriander leaves.
